Al was great to work with. We had a motorhome prepped ahead of time as we were flying into Florida from Seattle. Everything was ready and we were able to schedule after hours pick up. The on-site security was super helpful and even allowed us to stay the night on their property as it got so late. What outstanding service! Those other bad reviews have got to be from people who are never happy no matter what. This place is the place to go for RV repairs!

We recently had a Blue OX hitch installed on our 2020 Coachman and 2017 Jeep. This was all a new experience to my wife and I. We inquired with several RV shops in Lakeland and Tampa and found Fountain RV to be the most reasonable. We are new at this and was pretty nervous. Had a blow out on my travel trailer. Which caused a hole in my kitchen under my cabinets. I called around to see if anyone could take the job from my insurance and no one was available. Until i called fountain rv. I talked to Al Vega who is one of the managers and told him about my problem. Al said no problem we can do it. I overheard they were new management. I also mentioned that I have a camping trip coming up and Al said that the work be done and ready for my trip. After picking up my T/t, the work looked like it came right out of the showroom floor. I highly recommend fountain rv.

Hit something on the interstate, broke the axle, tire blew, lost hydraulic fluid lines, and other damage. Service staff have been great, attending to every detail. No fault to Fountain RV, but getting parts from suppliers is taking a long time. We have been well taken care of with hookups, staying in our coach with our pets. Strongly recommend!Back again, 3/21/2017. Entry door aluminum hinges were failing, door dropped 1/4 inch. Had them repaired with stainless spacers, door functions like new. Also had cracked windshield replaced. Made appointment 3 weeks in advance, and got the job done on time and reasonably priced. Still highly recommend! Thanks to John, Butch, and Mark for taking good care of us!

Had our base plate installed to our Jeep for towing behind our motorhome. Left a deposit for the base plate cost. Was installed a couple of weeks later. The two guys did a great job and were meticulous with the install. I had a challenge getting my Jeep to shift into neutral. They were a huge help and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process of hooking up my Jeep. I honestly could not be happier with this transaction. They have earned a loyal customer.
